**Position Summary
**We are looking for an Analyst, Marketing Analytics based at our Montreal location reporting into the Lead, Marketing Analytics for Nespresso. This is an important role within Nespresso in developing our understanding
to increase campaign and initiative effectiveness and support commercial decision making across the business.
**A day in the life of...
**As an Analyst, Marketing Analytics you will be working on delivering insights for marketing activities and product launches; customer KPI reporting and implementing customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.
You will also:
Support the design and the planning of promotional activities (target, offer, business case) for all promotional activities and product launches to be conducted during the year.
Process key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and support the implementation of new measures to strengthen loyalty in existing business-to-customer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) bases.
Support the Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments in their CRM and consumer insights & data extraction needs.Identify key trends that influence consumer behaviour, like consumption and loyalty.
**What will make you successful
Completion of a University Degree or equivalent experience in business administration or statistics, with analytics to consumer insights marketing emphasis.
2 years experience in an analytical role, including analytics, data & statistical analysis, business intelligence, marketing insights.Bilingual in English and French at an advanced level required.
Experience with an ETL software and/or SQL programming; different CRM and marketing automation toolsets (Salesforce, Adobe) is an asset.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting methodologies required.
Knowledge of a visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI is an asset.
Ability to transform data and insights into profitable business recommendations.
