Position Available:
Patient Relations Executive


Are you experienced in navigating the complex needs of individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents (MVA)? We're seeking a dedicated Patient Relations Executive to join our multidisciplinary clinic.

As the primary point of contact for our patients, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Addressing patient inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Handling patient complaints with empathy and resolving them effectively.
  • Collaborating with our team to coordinate patient care and streamline processes.
  • Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Multitasking effectively to manage various patientrelated duties concurrently.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Universal software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
