- Interpret fertilizer tickets to create blends.
- Load and unload containers, materials and products on trucks, or trailers by hand or by forklift truck.
- Transfer goods, organize the products received and prepare goods for shipment.
- Direct Trucks.
- Work closely with Dispatch Support.
- Direct Loader Operator.
- Complete general labour duties.
- A general knowledge and skills required to safely operate straightforward plant equipment, and/or machinery.
- A valid driver's license, with a clean record. DZ license is an asset.
- Ability to operate skid steer, loader, and/or bob cat.
- Ability to read maps, bills of ladings, follow specific delivery directions and instructions, follow posted safety rules and safe operating procedures to ensure proper techniques are performed; write and make accurate entries in daily driving log, comprehend simple instructions.
- Conversational English skills.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
