The
Marketing Manager has expertise working directly in marketing automation, CRMs, and adjoining marketing technology to manage and execute an effective B2B marketing program.

As a hands-on contributor, this role will implement marketing infrastructure to optimize digital lead and demand generation to support PAVE's revenue growth objectives and will drive brand awareness as the leader in virtual vehicle inspections.

This role will work to deploy and manage all of Marketing's technology tools in addition to managing a holistic marketing program including, digital marketing channels, account-based marketing, public relations, organic/paid social media programs and automotive and technology events.


What you do:


  • Translate the marketing strategy into executable marketing campaigns
  • Provide expertise, development, and integration of modern marketing technologies and techniques that enable PAVE's strategic objectives
  • Design, deliver, and administer marketing automation architecture and Hubspot CRM integration
  • Utilize Hubspot Marketing CRM to manage, optimize, and execute our marketing automation efforts to ensure effective targeted marketing campaigns
  • Develop campaigns for priority target segments and develop, manage, and administer contact lists across key digital channels
  • Execute accountbased marketing (ABM) campaigns to effectively market to key target audiences
  • Implement, manage, and execute PAVE's content marketing and social media strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct continuous measurement and testing to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain marketing measurement program including quantifying key marketing OKRs
  • Migrate and enhance web properties to align and improve the user experience for our clients
  • Manage SEO optimization initiatives including planning, development, and execution of company web presence strategies
  • Responsible for integrations and maintenance of the Google suite of products for campaign execution
  • Attend and participate in product team meetings to enable meaningful crosscollaboration
  • Manage key agency and vendor relationships for all marketing activities
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to identify market opportunities
  • Ensure sales and customer success teams are enabled and uptodate with product marketing materials, media kits, product tutorials, webinars, howto videos, and other key marketing assets as required
  • Strategize on appropriate conferences and events to attend, coordinating all relevant activities
  • Be aware of and highlight relevant automotive sector and overall market trends
  • Manage marketing budget and maintain reporting on spend efficiency metrics with our Chief Strategy Officer to meet overall corporate objectives

CRM:
Hubspot Marketing Hub

  • Experience using Google suite of products including Google Analytics
  • Bias towards execution and ability to manage the entire endtoend marketing program
  • Experience in a fastpaced tech startup, automotive experience preferred
  • Prior experience leading, managing, and executing B2B SaaS marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative and bring ideas for new marketing strategies that support our business objectives
  • Superior knowledge of leading digital marketing tactics and technologies that tie to sales goals and business development functions
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills both written and verbal
  • Clear understanding and experience developing marketing measurement system rooted in data analysis to inform decision making and measure key outcomes
  • You understand and care about the big picture and the fine details
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing annual marketing budgets
