S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking Parts Advisors to join our dynamic team
.

Essential Job Duties:

Provide efficient and excellent customer services as it pertains to parts
Receive requests from employees for parts to fix customer vehicles in for servicing
Cost out parts to the Work Order for accurate billing and invoices
Attend to requests for purchase of parts from retail customers
Assist Parts Team to receive and shelve parts orders
Locate and arrange for travel for necessary parts
Offer timeline expectation for parts delivery should it not be in stock

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience. Knowledge of auto parts, as well as parts warehousing experience is a strong asset.
Must have great customer service and listening skills
Strong computer skill and Reynolds experience is an asset
