    FG Chocolatiers est à la recherche d'un(e) Commis au service à la clientèle dynamique et gourmand(e)

    Ton rôle :
    Offrir un service client exceptionnel, chaleureux et attentionné, à l'image de nos produits artisanaux.
    Tâches et responsabilités :

    • Accueillir et servir la clientèle avec le sourire et une attitude positive.
    • Offrir des conseils sur nos produits chocolatés et glacés.
    • Assurer la propreté et l'ordre de la boutique.
    • Participer aux ouvertures et fermetures de caisse.
    • Contribuer à maintenir une ambiance conviviale et professionnelle.
    Profil recherché:
    • Rigueur, sens de l'initiative et des priorités.
    • Rapidité d'apprentissage et autonomie.
    • Esprit d'équipe, entregent et attitude positive.
    • Excellente communication orale et diplomatie.
    • Flexibilité au niveau de l'horaire (jour, soir, fin de semaine).
    • Capacité à créer une expérience client mémorable.
    Compétences requises :
    • Minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience en service à la clientèle (vente au détail souhaitée).
    • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
    • Passion pour le service à la clientèle et les produits gourmands.
