Almon Equipment is a growing company with activities in infrastructure maintenance, contracting, construction, technology R&D, manufacturing and other heavy-duty equipment operations. The business is headquartered in Toronto, with locations in Ottawa and Uxbridge.

The responsibilities include:


  • Data entry
  • Carry out administrative work as required.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of sales/ personal assistant or admin experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Conscientious selfstarter who enjoys working in a team environment that requires mínimal supervision and can cope effectively under pressure with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read maps is an asset

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
