Description
Almon Equipment is a growing company with activities in infrastructure maintenance, contracting, construction, technology R&D, manufacturing and other heavy-duty equipment operations. The business is headquartered in Toronto, with locations in Ottawa and Uxbridge.
The responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Carry out administrative work as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales/ personal assistant or admin experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Conscientious selfstarter who enjoys working in a team environment that requires mínimal supervision and can cope effectively under pressure with shifting priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read maps is an asset
Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
