WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Complete and submit daily paperwork and reports
General labour in road construction activities
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude when working with other employees
Organize and clean yard and other workspaces when required
Load & unload building materials and equipment as needed
Attend and participate in all safety meetings and abide by safety policies
Provide daily labour support as directed
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Experience with basic power and construction tool
Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working on road construction crew an asset
Be in good physical condition to, at times, lift items of 50 lbs.
Be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time as well as kneel
Valid class 5 driver's license or higher (required)
Be available to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) with some weekends as required.
Ability to communicate effectively, to work well with others, to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
