At Gifted Hands Health Services, our
Business Development Manager is expected to do the following for us:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients. Follow internal processes for quotes, and be able to independently write RFP/RFQ's.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Proven experience in business development or sales role.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent project management skills to effectively manage multiple client accounts.
Indepth knowledge of the market and industry trends.

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year

Benefits:
