US Patent Clerk - Toronto - Hybrid

  • The Role_
Your responsibilities are to provide support as a US Patent Clerk and conduct internal patent filing/prosecution and preparations.


Job Requirements:


  • 3+ year of relevant work experience as a Patent Assistant or Patent Clerk with expertise knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); IP docketing and billing software;
  • Review and report prosecution documents (examination requests and notices of allowance)
  • Oversee the updating of database with change and client information
  • Producing high volume of work, completed meticulously and precise
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with all members

$85,000.00 per hour
