    In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our email marketing strategy to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Email Campaign Implementation Implement various outbound email campaigns and workflows. Set up A/B tests to optimize outbound communications. Utilize platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, and other sales enablement tools to set up and manage marketing emails. Design and manage marketing newsletter templates while organizing and maintaining the asset database within HubSpot. Email Workflow Set-Up, Testing and Monitoring Test and ensure the proper setup of workflows and marketing emails before launch. Transform standalone emails into automated marketing workflows for lead nurture. Monitor active workflows to guarantee smooth operation. MQL Enrollment and CRM Management Enroll MQLs into relevant follow-up workflows. Upload new contacts to CRM and outbound tools, maintaining accurate data hygiene for effective campaign targeting. Marketing Support Collaborate with the marketing team on the launch and implementation of new initiatives. Provide ongoing support for various marketing activities.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience setting up marketing email templates, marketing newsletters, and email sequences in a marketing automation platform or CRM. Experience with using a CRM is required. Bonus if you have experience with HubSpot and/or MailChimp. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Familiarity with email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing. Basic understanding of HTML for email template customization is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
