Bin There Dump That is looking for a mature, responsible, professional individual for our Supply Chain Administrator position.

Bin There Dump That Home Office is currently looking for a full time Supply Chain Administrator in our Oakville office, to work closely with our Supply Chain Manager.

Bin There Dump That that has franchise locations across Canada and the United States and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our support team.


Responsibilities:


  • Provides administrative support to our Supply Chain Manager to ensure efficient operations of office
  • Update and help manage production schedules using Excel
  • Update, send out and collect equipment order forms from our Network
  • Coordinate meetings with our vendors and our Supply Chain Manager and take minutes of those meetings
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
  • Participating in phone calls, video calls and inperson meetings and taking minutes
  • Provide back up coverage for our Administrative Office Assistant
  • Managing support team's calendars
  • Building relationships with our Franchise Operators, while providing them with help and resources as they require them.
  • Assisting in preparing presentation materials for training sessions and in person meetings
  • Maintaining CRM and shared files
  • Skilled at using Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Suite
  • Working directly with our Franchise Support Coaches on administrative tasks as requested
  • Assisting in preparing for our annual conference
  • Skilled in photo and video editing is an asset
  • Knowledge of website creation, and maintenance is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
