JOB STATEMENT:

Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing new business applications, policy contracts and will provide assistance to the Case Specialists as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Processing applications, policy contracts and delivery requirements;
Distributing Inforce and new business notices;
Building strong working relationships with internal and external partners (i.e. Life carrier companies and independent brokers);
Reviewing daily data feed reports;
Scanning documents; and
Providing general office assistance, including switchboard backup.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-Secondary education
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Strong customer focus, service orientation and professional acumen
Excellent communication, organizational and listening skills, and attention to detail
Dedicated team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Working knowledge of Wealthserv, Lifeguide, and life insurance carriers product software an asset


COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000, commensurate with experience. Employees are also eligible to participate in the group benefits plan starting on their first day of employment.
