Description
Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work site environment:
- Outdoors

Work setting:
- Willing to relocate
Tasks:
- Plan and prepare work schedules
- Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities
- Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
- Plan and manage budgets
- Perform trade work during home construction, renovation or restoration
- Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects
- Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications
- Ensure that construction permits are obtained
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Security and safety:
- Criminal record check
