    Technical Inventory Coordinator

    The Technical Inventory Coordinator reports to the Maintenance Manager. The duties and responsibilities of the Technical Inventory Coordinator include receiving materials and parts into the facility, maintaining inventory records, and dispensing the parts and materials to other workers in the company. The Technical Inventory Coordinator will transact materials into the company database. The Technical Inventory Coordinator position is cognizant and understanding for food and employee safety and ensures application in their daily routine.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

    • Organizes work area for easy access.
    • Receiving and enter all incoming parts.
    • Performs regular inventory of spare parts with a 97% efficiency.
    • Enter and track all parts in Maximo and SAP.
    • Identify maximum and minimum stock level and adjust as needed.
    • Keep accurate records for files and accountability.
    • Stage spare parts for upcoming PM's.
    • Assist Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Planner with the efficiency of the department.
    • Communicate with maintenance team, all site departments and outside vendors.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Meets/exceeds requirements for food and employee safety.

    EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • College Diploma with preference given to a technical or related discipline.
    • Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment preferred.
    • SAP & Maximo experience an asse.t
    • Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
    • Lift Truck Certification.

    ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS OR COMMENTS

    Travel requirements:

    • occasional 10% to 30% based on assigned project locations.

    • Must be able to freely move around entire facility.
    • Ability to work in and be exposed to heat.
    • Must be able to lift 20kgs.
