Description
Responsibilities:
- Use recipes for preparing a variety of cake fillings, icings and frostings.
- Place garnishes on cakes.
- Prepare decorations using icing, cake dough and other materials.
- Stacking cakes
- Keeping track of inventory
- Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment and environment
- Participating in dishwashing as necessary
- Participating in daily cleaning of all areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in similar position or high level of related training/ schooling
- Ability to communicate efficiently and maintain good working relations
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to special or unexpected situations
- Ability to learn new skills from an experienced staff
- Strive to advance skills and knowledge
Applicants must be:
- Within commuting distance to out online bakery+studio in Surrey, BC
- Eligible to work in Wanda
- Currently Available for employment
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
$17.50-$19.50 per hour
