With the backing of our Real Estate & Development Law team and the resources of our Municipal, Business, Labour & Employment, and Litigation lawyers, we offer timely advice and practical, cost-effective solutions for our client's real estate projects.

Our firm is currently seeking a _
Real Estate Lawyer_ with at least two years of experience to join its real estate practice group.

You will be involved in all aspects of real estate transactions, condominium development and structuring and completing complex real estate and land development transactions on behalf of our clients.

Strong professional and academic credentials.
Minimum two years of residential and/ or commercial real estate experience with a keen interest in transactional work.
Excellent drafting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Ability to balance competing demands and be selfmotivated, innovative, and flexible.
Client focused.
A law degree from an accredited law school and must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
