Job description
We are hiring Molding Technicians for our Client, located in Mississauga.


Job Requirements:


  • Mold Maker certificate.
  • Certification in TIG welding or proficiency in micro welding would be an asset.
  • Ability to read blue prints.
  • Capable to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities:


  • Complete daily preventative maintenance sheets as required.
  • Maintain Mold carrier assembly.
  • Modify molds based on Engineering Change Notices.
  • Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance.
  • Repair Molds in shop and inline as required.
  • Work with tool room equipment, saws, lathes, mills, surface grinders, drill presses and hand tools.
  • Inspection of lifting devices prior to use.
  • Perform tool readiness inspections for trials on new Molds.
  • Performs other duties deemed necessary by the Process Engineer/Technical Manager.

Salary:
$39.02 per hour

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • TIG welding: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Mold Maker Certificate (required)
