The Owen Sound Family Health Team (OSFHT) is committed to improving and maintaining the health of the patients we serve through a team of family doctors, nurse practitioners and other health care providers.The Program Assistant reports directly to the OSFHT Programs & Services Manager in the performance of their duties and responsibilities. This role supports combined administrative and assist with delivery of FHT programs & services in accordance with the OSFHT accountability agreements.
This position requires an experienced Program Assistant who is organized, proactive and energetic with excellent interpersonal and patient care skills. We offer a competitive FHT compensation and benefits package in accordance with the OSFHT accountability agreement with Ontario Health.
