A career as an Analyst in the great team of OVM (Securities Operations) at National Bank means acting as an expert in handling our clients' requests.

It is through your mastery of our processes and tools, your curiosity, your diligence, and your efficiency in processing these administrative activities that you have a positive impact on the client, the Bank, and your team

Our large team is composed of teams in charge of the following activities in collaboration with our Wealth Management partners/business lines:

  • Account openings and document management
  • Account and asset transfers
  • Account and securities administration
  • Operational support to our partners

Your job:


  • Ensure diligent handling of various requests from our clients and partners
  • Achieve productivity and quality objectives and master endtoend processes
  • Carry out the activities assigned to you and proactively support your colleagues
  • Ensure alignment with organizational and team priorities, both in terms of work organization and our behavioral values
  • Identify ways to improve performance and the experience of our clients and employees
  • Contribute to making the team's environment even more positive

Your team:


  • Within the sector, you will be part of a team of 20 to 40 colleagues, and the manager will depend on the assigned team. Our team stands out for a culture that commits to a balance between performance, daily enjoyment, and development opportunities.

Prerequisites:


  • 3year college diploma (DEC) and up to 3 years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience in customer service and/or administrative activities (ideally in a financial environment)
  • Ease of use with Microsoft software (Windows, Office 365 Suite including Excel,...)
  • Knowedge of Bank systems, such as OSS-T80, Filenet, GDI, Accurate (an asset)
  • Sense of initiative, diligence
  • Strong ease (spoken and particularly written) in French and English. (A large proportion of our clients and collaborators are outside Quebec)
