We are currently hiring a
Shipper / Receiver / Parts Coordinator, to join our Team.

For this role you will be maintaining parts orders for the service center and ensuring the organization of shipping and receiving of Parts and cleaning the Shop.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create Purchase Orders. Enter parts orders and receive parts in system. Stock the parts.
Pickup & deliver parts or tools as required as well as Assist with Warranty items and handle customer inquiries.
Get quotes from our suppliers, ordering of parts and assisting the service department for the parts needed for their quotes which includes processing incoming parts orders from service technicians; processing inbound and outbound parts
Assist with the overall building and property maintenance and with various shop & equipment Safety Inspections.
Handle inventory control to include cycle counts of stock and assist with inventory cycle count processing and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to communicate in Canadian French and English.
Strong customer service orientation, good communication skills, both verbal and written, solid organizational capabilities and ability to complete tasks.
Must be able to frequently lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.

Salary:
$52,000.00-$54,000.00 per year

Schedule:
