SaskEnergy is seeking Customer Service Representative's (CSR).

As a CSR you will support customer inquiries by providing customer account administration regarding billing, payments and other service requests.

This position is permanent part-time and works approximately 3 days per week in a fast
- paced call centre environment (Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 am 4:47 pm).
Upon hire you will be required to successfully complete an internal Customer Service training program (approximately 8 weeks).

Position Details- This position is a permanent part time union role.


Qualified Applicants Will Possess- Grade 12 or equivalent.- Fast and accurate keyboarding/data entry skills of 30 wpm.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- One (1) year experience in an office and/or customer service environment utilizing computer information systems and software in Microsoft Suite.

Additional Information- Infrequent travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters may be required.

Hourly Rate Range
