Tutto Restaurant & Bar is looking for a Bar Manager to take over our extensive Italian cocktail and spirits program.

Located in the historic district of Yaletown, embrace tradition and modernity combined into remarkable Italian dishes using only the finest ingredients paying homage to each of Italy's provinces, while an extensive wine selection offers an array of palette indulging varietals from around the world.

We are looking for a team player with a minimum of 3 years in a senior bar manager role, in an elevated fine dining environment, organized, creative, capable of handling all the intricacies of a high-volume bar and beverage experience.

Ideally you have a personality behind the bar that will draw guests in, and you are grounded with a strong technical foundation.

A strong knowledge of inventory management systems, a thorough understanding of the Province's liquor distribution and service laws.

Time management for ordering stock, staff scheduling, monthly inventories, training and an impeccable cleaning schedule.

• Minimum 5 years' experience bartending
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a bar manager
• Strong knowledge of Italian Spirits and Wine
• WSET or Spirits Certification considered a strong asset
• Knowledge of Optimum Control and Micros a strong asset
• Placing orders with suppliers
• Inventory control and liquor cost
• Available for weekend and evening shifts
