    Job Title: Senior Specialist - Cloud Engineering

    Job Description:

    Build manage High performance clusters and monitor automating cluster buildout workflow tasks reports produce innovative solutions to the cluster buildout maintenance activities

    Windows server administration working experience in L2 L3 level

    Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting windows servers related issues

    Cluster maintenance activities as required include node diagnostics resolution routing and recovery

    Monitoring target clusters in buildout progress working with component vendor teams to unblock drive the deployments to resolution

    Good logical skills and exposure in log analysis

    Perform tenant Buildout as per request queue

    Coordinate and execute end to end Buildout workflow

    Triage Investigate and drive mitigation for Buildout blockers using incident management process

    Experience in coordinating with external and internal teams and handling severity bridge calls during critical capacity needed

    Analyze customer impact and suggest process changes and future improvements

    Advanced troubleshooting for complex Windows Server issues

    Basic understating of Network concepts LAN VLAN Switch Router TCP IP etc

    Good knowledge on AD DHCP DNS Hyper V PXE boot

    Hands on experience of Windows infrastructure support tools

    Drive daily reviews with customer

    Self motivated to improve knowledge and skills

    Excellent written and verbal skills and able to document the steps Create SOP's and TSG's as applicable

    Good to have

    Azure Back end infrastructure support

    Understanding about Data Center infrastructure and Operations

    SQL reporting Kusto PowerBI working experience

    Knowledge on Deployment process
