Description

Responsibilities
*Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. *Coordinating and managing restaurant operations, and improving it's efficiency. *Ensuring that high standards are maintained for all food and beverage preparation and presentation. *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner *Managing inventory; ordering supplies for the restaurant based on sales target. Estimating future needs for food, cleaning products and other supplies. *Manage the training and development of team members


Qualifications
*Proven experience as a team leader *Strong organizational skills. *Customer focus *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize


License

  • Must have Food Handler's Certification or receive it within two weeks of being hired
