Youth Worker - Port Coquitlam, Canada - Maria's Place

Description

I am looking for support for a group home with up to 6 children that are part of MCFD. Needs to drive (mileage will be paid separately).


Duties:

a light up keeping of the general areas and providing meals to the children, some transportation., There will be some driving to sport activities children are involved in and providing fun activities for the Youth.

I am looking for someone who can provide positive interventions and guidance for the Youth involved. Needs to be open minded and willing to provide the support as needs change all the time.

Salary:
$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (preferred)
