Administrative Assistant - Mississauga, Canada - CO-UP AUTO BODY REPAIR
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering telephone calls and walk-ins in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Good communication skills with fluent English and Punjabi
- Submission of invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Logging of paid invoices
- Follow up on delinquent accounts
- Process daily receipts
- Daily processing of supplier invoices
- Reconcile and follow up with vendor statements
- Record and reconcile all payment transactions
- Process cheque runs, wire transfers, and EFTs
- Month end balancing and reconciliation
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L4T 3M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (required)
