Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering telephone calls and walk-ins in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate staff member
  • Good communication skills with fluent English and Punjabi
  • Submission of invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Logging of paid invoices
  • Follow up on delinquent accounts
  • Process daily receipts
  • Daily processing of supplier invoices
  • Reconcile and follow up with vendor statements
  • Record and reconcile all payment transactions
  • Process cheque runs, wire transfers, and EFTs
  • Month end balancing and reconciliation

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L4T 3M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (required)
