Who we're looking for - You have advanced training in Agile. Perhaps you have followed courses or obtained certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ACM), scaled agile (SAFe (SA), LESS), Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) I and II. PMI ACP, Certified Discipline Agilist (CDA).
- You're passionate about getting a helpful answer, and not just the technically correct one. When you get asked for an answer, you're comfortable pushing back and helping the asker ask a better question that gets to the root of what they're trying to achieve.
- You have strong teamwork and facilitation abilities. You demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills and can work with other stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- You have a strong entrepreneurial instinct and a get-it-done attitude. We love people who just have a knack for figuring things out.
- You can demonstrate a track record of implementing process change that moves the needle for your team or organization.
- 4+ years of delivery experience, preferably in an agency-delivery or startup-product setting.
