- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and high-impact customer experience.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), ensuring full visibility across the sales cycle and forecast accuracy.
- Deliver compelling, insight-led presentations that clearly articulate ROI, value realization, and strategic impact.
- Capture, synthesize, and relay customer feedback to inform product strategy, roadmap priorities, and market positioning.
- Travel up to 25% to meet clients and attend industry events.
