Instagram Social Media Manager for Reels Content

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to handle our Instagram account with a strong focus on engaging Reels and consistent organic growth.
The ideal candidate understands Instagram trends, short-form video strategy, and audience engagement.Your main goal will be to create high-performing Reels content, maintain a structured posting schedule, and increase real followers organically.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute a monthly Instagram content calendar
Create engaging Reels aligned with current trends
Write compelling, SEO-optimized captions and hashtag strategies
Schedule posts consistently
Increase reach, engagement, and organic followers
Monitor analytics and optimize performance
Requirements:
Proven experience growing Instagram accounts
Strong understanding of Reels algorithm and viral trends
Knowledge of organic growth strategies
Experience with scheduling tools and performance tracking
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can take ownership of the account and deliver measurable results.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
