    In this role you will lead the operational excellence and process around compliance with the Third-Party Risk Standards for all engagements anchored with Technology & Operations (T&O)

    With your expertise, you will be a key team member of the T&O Supplier Management Office, responsible for contributing to supplier governance oversight, reporting, and coaching

    Job Description

    What is the opportunity?

    • ​Ensure compliance to Supplier Management & Governance (SMG) policy (ie. SRMA monitoring, central storage of contracts, anchoring, segmentation, ERO\GSM assignment)
    • Participate in initiatives to improve processes and tools to support supplier management best practices related to compliance to third party risk standards and risk management.
    • Partner with key stakeholders within Third Party Risk, IT Risk and other risk COGs to provide recommendations and understand new requirements
    • Partner with the T&O SMO community to proactively share any changes in third party risk KRIs, upcoming changes, outstanding issues requiring attention and overall T&O risk posture.
    • Work with other SMO teams to raise common issues/challenges and propose solutions/recommendations
    • Work with the Director to enhance the quarterly reporting and build monthly reports for the OC members that can help to alleviate T&O not meeting it's KRIs

    Must-have

    • Experience in a governance role related to Third Party Suppliers or Risk Management
    • Working knowledge of Archer and other Risk Management Tools
    • Understanding of Outsourcing, Materiality, Inherent and Residual Risk as defined by RBC.
    • Strong business and financial acumen with an operational mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, transparent relationships / partnerships

    Nice-to-have

    • Working knowledge of the Archer Supplier Risk Management Application (SRMA)
    • Working knowledge of iValua (Procurement Sourcing Application)
    • Prior experience within a Supplier Management Office or other Risk Management Department
