As an Intern - Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, you will report into the Director of M&A and have the chance to expand your M&A and finance experience.

Working as part a highly collaborative team, you are someone who is organized and brings with them strong analytical skills.

You are in your 3rd or 4th of a relevant business bachelors' degree (Business, Commerce, Economics, Accounting)
A problem solver and someone who will think outside of the box
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities
An excellent communicator both verbally and with written communication skills
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
You can adapt quickly to changing needs and tasks

Once here, you'll:

Assist with organizing financial data into meaningful reports for purposes of business valuations, due diligence, financial performance, and profitability, etc.
Support in performing buy side transaction due diligence
Build and maintain acquisition financial models and data books in Microsoft Excel, including preparing financial projections
Job shadow team members to experience first hand how to chair effective meetings, hold healthy discussions and debates, and generate actionable outcomes
Create PowerPoint presentations and work on completing business documents
Perform research and offer up recommendations for projects as they arise
Enhance your soft skills in the areas of emotional intelligence, motivation, peopleskills, listening, and excellent communication
