Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress and deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of database management systems such as Microsoft Access
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports, memos, and other documents
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems is a plus
