Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of database management systems such as Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software
- Ability to write clear and concise reports, memos, and other documents
- Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems is a plus
