Job Description:

This role serves as a commercial solution architect for sales and growth initiatives, partnering with operations to develop high-impact solutions and driving business expansion aligned with long-term ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Report and advise the business on customer feedback and trends that will position competitively across verticals.
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities based on market trends and strategic fit for both organic growth and new store sales.
Lead the development and alignment of integrated service offerings aligned with customer needs and company growth strategy.
Partner with Sales to qualify and activate Contract Logistics opportunities.
Lead consultative customer engagements, acting as subject matter expert.
Cocreate proposals and presentations that reflect value proposition.
