What you will do
The National Accounts Strategic Accounts Executive (SAE) position primary focus will be to operate as a hybrid sales contributor to the National Accounts Organization by securing new business in a national level hunting for new logos in security domain while also working on a pre-defined set of accounts.
This position will work collaboratively with the AE's (National Accounts Account Executives) and the BDM's (National Account Business Development Managers) to penetrate the existing National account RIF base for new L&M, Construction, and Fixed Price Service Opportunities.
Alongside of generating pipeline in service and install, the SAE will be focused on securing new security business in a national level.
In addition, the mandate of the SAE will be to influence and grow our existing national account RIF and generate new RIF opportunities.
This is a collaborative role working closely with the local ESSR, ESERV and SIR sellers to drive new revenue across the assignment in service and install.
This collaboration will be extended on RIF growth to include working with AE's, PSR's CCR's, & BDM's.How you will do it
- Ability to develop detailed territory plans, target list at the national level related to the security space
- As a
hunter , identify and win new customers (new logo) in Physical security at National capacity - Collaborate with other JCI teams and divisions to acquire new accounts and projects
- Capability to uncover opportunities with customers and address customer challenges using JCI security offerings
- Lead assigned accounts security business, ensuring customer happiness is always top priority while also collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations. Develop account plans and update them regularly to capture customers' goals and objectives
- Ability to establish a cadence of regular meetings with customer's key partners
- Leverage sales tools (Salesforce) to lead all aspects of Sales activities as well as funnel management
- Ability to work and coordinate with global teams, as required
CUSTOMER TRAINING & CONSULTATION
Assist in training of service management staff and using standard methodologies. Ensuring betterment initiatives are adopted and scaled to align the national accounts organization with the local processes. Organize "Open Blue" product and service as well as JCI software offering presentations to promote long term value
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
Assist in maintaining effective customer communications along with building solid customers relationships from initial contact through order acquisition, delivery and installation, and service.
SAFETY COMPLIANCE:
Ensures that all sole opportunities align with corporate safety programs.
Responsible for ensuring that employee safety training is thorough, complete, and up-to-date.
Identifies safety issues and hazards and notifies corporate safety officer of those conditions that require corrective actions.
Responsible for ensuring that corporate policies associated with affirmative action and equal employment opportunity for all are fully implemented, handled, and supervised.
Abides by Federal, State and local laws and regulations, as well as Company policies and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree or postsecondary diploma in a business, management, or related technical program of study.
- Minimum of 510 years of experience in physical security and intrusion system environment with a track record in dealing with major end users
