Job Summary

  • Fulfill opportunities with existing customers and develop new customers and fulfill new opportunities;
  • Responsible for preparing and responding to bid solicitations that include, but is not limited to the following: identifying resources, flexible grids, technical criteria, language proficiency grids, security requirement checklists, task authorization forms, resource assessment criteria, response tables, certifications, basis of payments, and additional information;
  • Responsible for fulfillment of professional services and organization solutions that include, but is not limited to the following: reviewing, advertising, searching, sourcing, networking, pooling, prescreening, evaluating, interviewing, assessing, referencing, qualifying, negotiating, onboarding, documenting (creating, editing, amending, etc), communicating (speaking/writing), fulfillment, tracking, reporting, follow ups, debriefing, ongoing support;
  • Build and foster a broad network across customers and partner resources;
  • Meet, engage and educate customers with updates and recommendations to professional services and organization solutions;
  • Communicate with customers and partner resources and collaborate where applicable;
  • Act as a point of contact to inquires regarding professional services and organization solutions;
  • Attend in person or online/teleconference meetings;
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
  • Support the team with knowledge and provide information as needed;
  • Act as backup to other members on the team and may complete other functions as needed;
  • Meet with targets and individual quota;
  • Manage and maintain resource tools, security clearances and other organization/customer requirements;
  • Participate in learning/training initiatives to meet organization/client requirements.

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (ex. indeed, job bank, monster, etc.)
  • Proficiency in office suite (ex. excel, outlook, word, etc.)

Certifications
College/University Certificate, Degree, or Diploma

Security Clearance (an asset)

Job Types:

Salary:
$50,000.00-$69,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

- preparing and responding to bid solicitations: 1 year (preferred)

  • Federal Government procurement: 1 year (preferred)
