Ottawa - Hybrid
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide support to all internal clients and resolve technical issues for incidents or service requests
- Perform maintenance on the various systems/servers/equipment connected to the network
- Record and document all troubleshooting steps and resolution activities in the ticketing system
- Participate in key IT system and solution deployment projects
- Participate in the improvement of systems or procedures
- Identify and escalate incidents that cannot be resolved
Your profile:
- DEC or diploma relevant and applicable to the position
- Minimum of one year's relevant experience
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Knowledge of Office 365 Suite, Virtual VMware, Active Directory
- Adaptability, Problem Solving/Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Communication and Teamwork
