CoVet is building the AI copilot for veterinarians and veterinary professionals. We're seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager to join our startup team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities.

The Marketing Manager will drive our marketing efforts, engage with our community, and support user interaction to enhance our brand presence and user satisfaction.

Past experience in the animal industry is a big advantage for this role.

  • Develop and manage our social media platforms, including the creation of content and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee and contribute to the management of social communities, such as Facebook groups.
  • Plan and optimize the user journey through sales and support to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Create and manage promotional materials, including but not limited to handouts for sales, social posts, promo videos for the website.
  • Design and distribute marketing collateral, such as stickers or signage for partner hospitals.
  • Conduct interviews with existing customers to collect feedback, suggestions, and testimonials.
  • Maintain and update visual assets for app stores to improve user attraction and retention.
  • Coordinate and oversee the creation and distribution of user testimonials.
  • Implement and manage user engagement campaigns, such as gamification strategies and reward programs.
  • Engage with veterinary publications to increase brand visibility and credibility.
  • Manage and execute advertising and promotional strategies on platforms including Reddit, Google, and Meta.
  • Liaise with thirdparty advertising agencies to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Source and hire talented designers from costeffective regions through platforms such as UpWork.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on marketing strategy effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to take on additional responsibilities or projects as needed to support the team and advance company goals.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:
From $70,000.00 per year
