    The Opportunity Grizzly Supplies is looking for an organized Branch Administrator to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia .

    As the Branch Administrator , you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative duties throughout the branch.

    This is a fast-paced environment, so attention to detail is very important. This position is ideal for individuals who pride themselves as being patient, logical, communicative, creative, problem solving and dependable.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the Branch Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
    Accounts payable data entry Process customer credit applications Process credit card transactions Prepare cheque deposits Manage customer and vendor files Invoicing Accounts receivable follow up Prepare hours for payroll Onboarding new employees Assist with incoming calls Update data tables in ERP Ordering office supplies Bank deposits Expense Reports Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: Valid drivers license High school diploma or equivalent College courses in accounting an asset Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Nav and/or Microsoft Excel an asset Clear, professional communication skills in person and over the telephone Self-starter with a proven ability to work on own and with others Benefits & Perks Grizzly is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan:
