Description
The Junior Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing project marketing strategies and managing corporate marketing initiatives.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing and Sales team, project sales staff, Construction, Development, and some of the industry's best outside consultants.

Together, you will bring Mosaic projects to market while driving registrations and visitors to properties that are actively being marketed and sold.


Here is where you will have an impact:

  • Manage a portfolio of Mosaic projects, including concrete towers, woodframe apartments, masterplanned communities, townhome communities, and new purpose-built rental properties
  • Lead the implementation of project marketing strategies and the creation of marketing and sales tools
  • Create and implement project customer generation programs that meet or exceed established targets
  • Create, track, and manage project marketing budgets;
  • Manage the implementation of corporate marketing initiatives
  • Ensure Mosaic's project marketing outperforms Mosaic's project competitors
  • This role is based in our Vancouver office, offering ample opportunity for mentorship and growth within a dynamic Marketing team.

Who You Are

You have 3+ years' experience working in a marketing role, along with a post-secondary education with a focus in design or marketing.

You have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

You have an eye for great design. You sweat the details, care about your work, and want to be proud of the projects you contribute to. You are creative and determined to make things better.

You know your way around Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) and have strong research skills. Bonus points if you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

You value the power in creating memorable experiences, always finding new ways to leave a lasting and positive impression on our customers.

You put people first, building meaningful relationships with peers, colleagues, and vendors.

You're a team player, the type who takes an all-hands-on deck approach and is genuinely excited to see the team succeed.

Finally, you have excellent communication skills. You are mature, have a positive outlook, and see possibilities and opportunities.
