The incumbent is a technological reference for his team and Transat in his area of expertise.

He is responsible for ensuring the technological watch and has a oversight on all the solutions that are developing within the team.

It passes on good practices and ensures that they are well followed by the team.

Validate and approve the technical solutions put forward by the internal team and / or suppliers;
Technological watch and advise the team on best practices;
Coordinate developers in setting up technical solutions;
Does the code review on the team's solutions;
Play an influential role within the team;
Demonstrates an advanced ability to analyze different technical solutions in order to properly qualify and recommend them;
Participate in the programming of various solutions;
Elaborate functional files when required;
Propose, design and validate technical solutions responding to simple and / or very complex requests and develop the action plan to put them in place;
Evaluate the time required for all phases of solution development;
Support users in performing acceptance tests;

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Minimum of 12 years in development ;
Minimum of 5 years in a technical expert role;
Minimum of 10 years of experience on Microsoft plateform (ASP, C++,.NET, SQL Server, XML, XSL, XSD;
Known interest for automatisation ;
Bilinguism, French and English oral or written essential;
Good knowledge of Agile methodology.
