Starting Pay: $20 per hour and increased to $21 once hired

Shift: 8:30pm-5pm / Monday-Friday

Responsibilities Include:


  • Service the needs of the customers and assist in resolution of servicerelated problems
  • Accurately filing shipping and receiving paperwork
  • Generating paperwork (Receiving reports, Packing lists, Pick Tickets, Shipping Labels & Bill of Ladings)
  • Ensuring orders are being shipped in a timely manner
  • Following up on prealerts from the customers or other departments about upcoming receipts
  • Performing regular inventory counts & efficiently communicating results back to customer
  • Making sure policies and procedures are being followed correctly
  • Ensuring accuracy of data being inputted into the system. Using more efficient techniques such as EDI, Importing and Excel based templates to help minimize data entry errors & help maintain data integrity
  • Providing customers with status updates on shipping, receiving and inventory in a timely manner

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Willingness to stay late to get the work done
  • Ability to work well both with others and in an individual setting
  • Selfmotivated to make sure that all company's and clients' needs are being met
  • Dedication to make sure the work is done to the best of their ability
  • Criminal Record Check Required

Salary:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (required)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
