Our business unit based in
Hamilton, specialized in industrial cleaning, is looking for an
Administrative Supervisor for a
full-time permanent position.

What you have to do:


  • Train and supervise your region's administrative team in the tasks assigned to them;
  • Prepare and analyze monthly results by project and report them;
  • Validate the monthly situations with the Business Unit Director and the Management control;
  • Prepare statistical and financial reports as requested by the managers;
  • Participate in the annual internal campaign in preparation for the upcoming budget year;
  • Control, validate and ensure followup and lettering of invoices;
  • Compile, update, and monitor personnel administrative files (time and attendance, payroll, work stoppages, etc.).

Profile:

Do you have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position?

Do you have Administrative and Accounting competencies?

Do you have team management experience or proven skills in supervising staff?

Are you familiar with computer tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel)?

Are you autonomous, organized, initiative-taking, service-oriented and a team player?

If you have a degree in Administration or Accounting that's a plus.
