Full time monday to friday 12.00 to 8.00 pm

• Scheduling patient appts in medical software Oscar.
• Assisting with filing and charting duties,booking appts with specialists and hospital.
• Providing assistance and support to staff,
• Answering and directing phone calls,
• Typing out reports, billing in Oscar
• Sorting mail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are required to wear a mask when entering the clinic, screen for symptoms


Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Office: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Hindi or Punjabi (preferred)
