Responsibilities:


  • Credit Analysis & Decisioning:_
  • Assess the financial health of prospective clients and provide credit recommendations.
  • Diligently analyze financial statements and conduct extensive due diligence to uphold our stringent credit policies.
  • Actively monitor credit portfolios, identifying any potential risks, and formulating risk mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to address credit inquiries and disputes.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory shifts that could influence credit strategies.
  • Liase with our Broker partners.
  • Documentation & Compliance:_
  • Manage, draft and verify documentation for lease transactions, ensuring thoroughness and compliance.
  • Conduct the necessary due diligence searches.
  • Engage with clients and brokers to secure necessary documentation and address any deficiencies.
  • Audit transactional documents to guarantee accuracy and adherence to approval stipulations.
  • Submit completed files for funding.
  • Oversee and refine documentation processes, contributing to systemic enhancements.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrable organizational acumen and prioritization skills.
  • A vigorous passion for achieving professional success.
  • Exemplary work ethic, aligned with a strong sense of commitment to task completion.
  • Inherent willingness to assist across various departments within the organization.
  • Superior communication skills, with a proven analytical and problemsolving mindset.
  • Proficiency in maintaining composure and efficiency in highpressure situations and fastpaced work settings.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in finance, documentation, legal, or administrative capacities.
  • Background in equipment leasing and financing will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, particularly in the fields of insolvency and restructuring, debt and foreclosures, or commercial litigation, will be highly valued.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
