As a
Project Coordinator Intern, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating healthcare marketing project management activities across various teams, ensuring the understanding and mitigation of risks.

Collaborating with Project Management and Client Services leads, you will support client business objectives, demonstrate proficiency in managing project budgets, and maintain a keen understanding of project scope.

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will manage workflow, tasks, and schedules, ensuring the team is aware of key milestones.


Minimum qualifications:


  • Graduating by April 2024 or graduated from a postsecondary program within the past two years in: Advertising, Digital Marketing, Project Management, or related fields
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proficient with project management tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, TFS, Jira, and financial processing/tools
  • You're not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kind

Preferred qualifications:


  • Agency experience and pharma experience are major bonus points
  • Certifications considered but not mandatory
  • Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing projects
