This role is responsible for greeting patients in a friendly manner present treatment plans clearly coordinate schedule appointments maintain accurate records collaborate with the front office team ensure patient-first mindset reflected in every interaction
The ideal candidate will have minimum three years dental administration experience one year treatment coordination expertise proficiency electronic medical record systems knowledge Cleardent software an asset
