Description

Avalon Foster Program is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Foster Home Resource Supervisor.

The Resource Supervisor will be responsible for duties that include overseeing foster homes in the Guelph and London area, supporting foster parents and children, and managing client and foster parent files.

Supervisory experience and experience working in foster care is preferred. Applicants should possess a degree or diploma in the Social Services.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals in all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision or under mínimal direction.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and assign them accordingly.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to follow up on followup actions based on company policies and procedures.
A caring and compassionate demeanour.
Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability for results.

Salary:
$25.00 per hour
