We are excited to present this opportunity to join Castleavery Hospitality as a Prep Cook/Lodge Hand at the Mount Engadine Lodge. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the daily heartbeat of the guest experience.Responsibilities
- Support the daily culinary operations by preparing guest lunches and assisting with breakfast service.
- Prepare and arrange visually appealing charcuterie boards and afternoon tea service.
- Ensure MEL's culinary experience complies with food safety standards.
