Report Writer at Ultratech Group of Labs

Description

The main function of this position is to generate a variety of reports from test results performed in our accredited ISO 17025 Facility to regulatory standards in the USA, Canada, EU, UK, Japan, South Korea & Taiwan.

This individual will work in a fast paced environment providing high quality service to an international customer base.


Responsibilities

• Generate reports for Clients from raw test data primarily on existing report templates.
• Communicate with Clients in a professional degree to ensure deliverable are defined and met
• Communicate with technicians regarding test data if necessary
• Submit for review, finalize the reports and submit reports to the intended recipients.
• Revision of older test reports to newer formats and standards

• Excellent time management skills to work on tight deadlines
• Able to multitask, dealing with multiple and changing priorities
• Math Skills, familiarity and basic understanding of scientific terms.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet browser.

Salary:
$40,000.00 per year
